Not long ago, I got myself a pair of Manda crystal green specs. They're fantastic! I found LGR a couple of years back and haven't looked back to any other brand. These glasses are chic, comfy, and expertly crafted; I can really feel the quality and the top-notch materials when I put them on. They've consistently delivered great results for me. Definitely worth a shout-out!

"Ordering online was a breeze..."
Placing my order online was pretty simple. When a hiccup occurred - a minor hold-up in sending out my order - the customer service team jumped in right away. That was quite impressive. My only letdown was the delivery to the UK via UPS. Their service can be a bit hit or miss and is beyond LGR's control. Maybe LGR ought to think about teaming up with a courier that reflects the high standards of their products. If it weren't for this little snag, I wouldn't hesitate to give LGR a full 5-star review.

I got myself the Reunion Matte Black with Blue Mirror Sunglasses. The quality and craftsmanship are just unreal. They shipped from Rome to the West Coast, USA in just a week. I’ll surely buy again; totally worth the money.

"Reaching Out to LGR for Help with My Glasses"
I reached out to LGR regarding a problem I was facing with my glasses, even though the warranty had expired. I proposed sending the glasses back for evaluation by the repair team to determine if it was due to workmanship or misuse. After checking them out, they decided to cover the repair under warranty. Fabiana was my point of contact during this whole process, and she was amazing—super responsive and very professional.

"Purchased Black Reunion Explorer Sunglasses"
I picked up a pair of black reunion explorer shades from the Florance shop on October 22. The salesperson was super helpful and friendly. It was a cloudy day, so I didn’t get to see how they looked in the sun. The next day, when I gave them a go, I felt a lot of discomfort due to the intense glare reflecting off the lenses, both inside and out. Those flat lenses really didn’t do me any favors. Sadly, I can’t return them since I bought them in person.
